Mr. Kurer’s Fees For Medico-Legal Reports:
| Fee for preparation of liability and causation report | £450.00 per hour |
| For examination and preparation of condition and prognosis report | £800.00 |
| For examination and preparation of condition and prognosis specialist shoulder report | £850.00 |
| For reviewing clinical notes, x-ray, reports etc | £450.00 per hour |
| For administration of diagnostic ultrasound examination at the time of appointment (if deemed necessary by Mr Kurer) | £150.00 |
| Fee for responding to letters, enquiries or requests | £450.00 per hour |
| For telephone conferences including preparation time, drafting and editing for average medicolegal case | £450.00 per hour |
| Fee for telephone conferences including preparation time drafting and editing for cases of significant complexity | £500.00 per hour |
| For attending Court | £3575.00 per day |
| For insertion of score sheets into report | £25.00 each |
| For insertion of photographs/xrays/drawings | £50.00 each |
| Fee for cancellation of attendance of Court within two weeks of previously agreed date(s) | £2075.00 per day |
| Fee for client not attending previously confirmed appointment | £450.00 |
All medicolegal matters will be supplied through MKmedicolegal Limited, Mr Kurer’s medicolegal practice, and will be subject to VAT.
His normal terms are payment within twelve months of issue of invoice.
